Warm-up Handball

In my session we start with a vegetative activation and general warm-up later on. To stretch we did biceps, triceps, ischia, calves,quadriceps and also stretching of arms as it is the part that is most worked and used, we also did some sprinting and when the whistle is heard jump and sprint, heels to the ass, knees up, mobilities of different arms. After this we will play a game of initiation to the sport that will play in this particular session for people who have never played or have played a few times, it also serves for people who have already played and remember the rules. Which was to make 10 passes without the opponent taking the ball away from us and thus familiarize ourselves with the sport.
